Challenge Summary: The Kitchen Operations team at Palantir takes pride in serving delicious food to hungry employees. For lunch, food is prepared in the kitchen by Chefs, placed on carts, and transported to the cafeteria in a separate building by the Serving team. In the cafeteria, the Serving team will place the food in the buffet line for employees to take.
